I had no idea what to expect when I got involved with Dallas CrossFit, but I certainly did not realize how much weight I would lose, the abundance of energy I would get, and the fitness level that I would achieve after just a couple of months of being involved. I have tried quite a few things in past years to try and trim my waistline as well as live a healthy lifestyle but I kept getting sucked up into those diet scams that claim to provide tremendous results without a lot of work on my part. I’m glad that I finally found a program that has taught me how to put forth some effort in creating a healthier, happier, fitter me. I think that I will be able to stick with the cross fit program into my older years, when the rest of my friends are sitting around drinking tea and rocking in their chairs.
